Nestled within the Grade I-listed grounds of Chiswick House, the Garden Pavilion is a landmark temporary venue that has become synonymous with exceptional corporate entertaining, private dining, and high-end events. For 2026, Key Structures was entrusted once again with the installation — and this year, we’ve raised the bar further by specifying our FloorStak®-based Flooring System throughout the build.

Working on heritage grounds of this calibre leaves absolutely no room for error. The FloorStak support and levelling system allowed our team to create a perfectly level, structurally rated foundation across the site — without the need for any external ballast, ground fixings, or intrusive groundworks that could impact the surrounding landscape. The integrated weighting system means the structures are rated to withstand winds of up to 50mph, giving both the venue and its clients complete confidence whatever the British spring and summer decide to throw at them.
