Using our contemporary structures we are able to provide a fully versatile venue designed for your exact requirements. All transported a handful of miles (think of the carbon footprint) and delivered in a matter of hours from our S.W London HQ.

YES! As the only major supplier of premium temporary structures based inside the M25 (we’re in Wimbledon) we’re used to meeting the tightest of build schedules.
Our teams are often out in the early hours installing structures for big events, only to return a few hours later to remove them. It’s the nature of the beast when it comes to working in Central London and we’re fully up to speed.

SPORTING
Throughout the year we work with sporting agencies, project coordinators and local government departments. In doing so, we provide them with ancillary, logistical and main body event cover. From things like press tents, registration booths and bag drop areas to medical screening bays and fully branded corporate hospitality suites, we do it all.
Our hire managers will work closely with you to ensure a smooth delivery of your brief. We have an (almost) unrivalled understanding of what’s required when it comes to working in public spaces in central London. So if you are holding an event here, please do get in touch.
"Have you got much experience supplying sporting events?"
Yes. A huge amount and we know, only too well how these events require fast, efficient build times. Often working at night, we pride ourselves on our logistical ability to get the job done; safely, swiftly and to the highest standards. We map out each event in fine detail at least two weeks before we’re due on site. This involves covering every vehicle movement, forklift duty, foreman responsibilities as well as the general running order. In doing so, we enjoy a vastly more efficient install & removal process.
FESTIVALS
From basic bars to luxurious green rooms, our event structures are perfect for your festival needs. Our project managers will work with you to ensure delivery of a neatly coordinated series of immaculate structures, on time without delay.
With a raft of anchorage options to choose from, we go above and beyond in protecting your customers and suppliers and ultimately your event, from weather related issues.
''In terms of the weather, how flexible can you be?''
If the kit is available, we’ll move heaven and earth to give you every option available to us. That said, most of these issues can be avoided in the planning stages. For example, we’ll push you to use our self-weighted floor system on most F&B structures. This not only keeps everything level and dry, it’s a structurally rated way of ensuring that such key elements can withstand extremely high wind speeds, giving you every chance possible to carry on regardless against the British weather!

With a levelled floor, hard sided walling and a bespoke interior, your marquee can become a sophisticated venue wherever it might be. We are able to brand many aspects of the structure, from the PVC, to the internal walling, it’s a blank canvas!

Increasingly we’re being asked to travel the length and breadth of the UK to provide a carbon copy, repeat series of branded installations. Our experienced team of installation experts can have your structures in place at any hour of the day so your teams can get to work without delay.
We often suggest building such structures on our Self Weighted Floor system for added efficiency and safety. Rated for insurance purposes to withstand significant windspeeds we can build it on almost any surface (over water features, on gravel, grass, tarmac etc) this gives all parties that extra piece of mind when working on multiple sites over multiple days.
PRIVATE
So, you’re planning a private event and you need a marquee? Then look no further, we are ideally placed, equipped and experienced in providing exactly what you need. From parties, anniversaries and bar (bat) mitzvahs, to intimate private dinners, summer BBQ’s and garden receptions, Key Structures will make the most of your event space.
Our range of marquees will satisfy the most demanding requests. Whether you are looking for basic rain cover or a larger, more elaborate installation; we can help. Don’t just take our word for it. Each year we install more than 300 marquees within the M25, alone. So we really do know what we’re doing when it comes to working in ‘tricky’ places. Trees, swimming pools, fountains; we’ve covered them all.
''What are my options when it comes to the finish?''
From the basic to the sublime, we deliver. At the upper end, why not go for full (bespoke) tack-off linings, bi-fold doors, glass walling and some clear roofs? Or perhaps you might prefer our standard range of flat or pleated linings. Available in a range of colours to suit a myriad of themes, we can pair these with basic (but immaculate) white or clear PVC walls to suit. In short, we can work to most budgets, without compromise.
When it comes to the more technical aspects of putting on an unforgettable event, we’re well versed in Climate Control, Power & Distribution, AV (Audio Visual), Loos, Protective Coverings, Catering Facilities and so on. We’ll do as much (or as little) as you’d like us to, we’re just delighted to be involved.
